The range of scents is enormous and fragrance oils are relatively cheap. Many synthetic chemicals in fragrances are derived from petrochemicals (petroleum-based), and can be harmful to human health.

What is the shelf life of Hyuuga products?
It varies from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the products. Please find the best before date on the labels.
If I would like to have a customised product for example, Geranium natural mist. Are you able to do that?

What is Project Recycle and how to I participate?
Once you accumulated 3 Hyuuga empty bottles will entitled for $3.00 off next purchase. Please write in to us to request a free return shipping label or pass the bottle to our stockists/studio with your email address or contact and we will contact you to pass you your e-coupon or credit to your Hyuuga account which could to be use via Hyuuga check-out page.
Please note that $3.00 off is applicable for per transaction. Which means if you make a purchase of $50.00. There is will be a $3.00 discount (coupon cannot be combined with any other offers, with the exception of free shipping).
Do you provide gift-wrapping?
Our product comes with a box with sustainable paper wrappings. All of our products come with a how to use guide that can be folded into an origami paper where we are able to write a short message (preferably within 100 letters). Please kindly leave us the short message at the checkout page.
Why does your order take more than a day?
Our products are made to order, hand-blended and created in small batches, using fresh and natural ingredients. Once dispatched, our third-party logistics team will delivery within 1-3days.
Do you do custom orders for a special occasion?
Yes, we do! We would love to customise products to suit your occasion. Please drop us an email at email@example.com.
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, all orders are final and we are unable to accept returns.
If there is an error in your order or you do not receive your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or, in the case of non-delivery, within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date so that we can rectify the problem. Likewise, if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, let us know immediately and we will be happy to issue a replacement, provided the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery. Please bear in mind that photos of the damaged item or items will have to be provided in order to substantiate any claims of damage and we will access case by case basis.
Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes you may, we are located at 2 Jln Rajah, #05-02 Golden Wall Flatted Factory, Singapore 329134. Do contact us before picking up as we might be out for errands.
Do you have a minimum order?
Nope, we don’t as we would love to have our products to find a new home. Purchase under $50 will incur a $5.00 surcharge from third party logistic team.

How much do you charge for Delivery?
Our third party logistics team charge $5.00 for a delivery which will arrive 1-3 working day after dispatched, and it comes with real-time tracking in padded parcel for essential oils to refrain breakages.
Order that is $50.00 and above comes with free delivery!
