** IMPORTANT NOTE **

All our products are completely handmade in small batches and use natural ingredients that are often raw and unprocessed, each item is unique and products may vary slightly from one batch to another. These variations may include slight differences in colour, scent, and texture.

 

Returns

Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, all orders are final sale and we cannot accept returns. If you have any concerns about whether our products will be a good fit for you, we recommend you to request for a sample before buying our full-size items. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@hyuuga.com.sg with your order number and any questions or concerns and we will do our best to resolve the problem 

Defect Item 

If there is an error in your order or you do not receive your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or, in the case of non-delivery, within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date so that we can rectify the problem. Likewise, if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, let us know immediately and we will happily issue a replacement, provided the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery. Please bear in mind that photos of the damaged item or items will have to be provided in order to substantiate any claims of damage.

*Any 1-to-1 replacement is only available ONCE within the one-year warranty.
